English Department Christmas Party

On the 17th of December we performed at the English depertment Christmas party.

We really enjoyed it and some previous members and also the audience joined us in our singing. The atmosphere was very friendly and free and we made a lot of encores.

Spring semester's school visit

This time we were in a school and we sang in a classroom made for music. It was music classroom.
I really liked this visit, because this time our dear teacher made also a story of these songs. She told the story and every song we sang, was somehow included in the story.
Also we tried to teach the "Cup song" these little singers.

Christmas Party

This was the best event I participated with FAME.

I had a feeling like I was at party with my family, it was really cozy and comfortable. Also the games were fun and I really needed to let off steam. Eventhough to be honest our performance was the worst, we were confused or unfocused. Who knows, but we had fun and that's the main point.

Another School Visits

This (autumn) semester we visited two schools. There were children from first grade and what they really enjoyed was 'Wheels on the bus'. When we asked which song would they like to hear again it was always this one firstly.

Also the children joined us or we made them to join us when we were singing 'Hokey Pokey'.

Everybody likedit and I was even surprised how enthusiastic my classmates were.

I also realised that we maybe are more afraid of the children then they are afraid of us.

First School Visit

I was really excited when I found out, that we will perform in school. We learnt something and now we should show it to others.

I was a bit nervous, but I calmed down when we started sing the first song. I’m used to it from my singing classes and I felt like little girl again, performing in front of audience.

The children liked it very much; they were listening or singing with us all the time.

After that they rewarded us with their songs and it was absolutely stunning. I wish I had such great and creative teacher when I was little.

I just would like to say, that if I would teach little kids, I would definitely teach them through singing sometimes.
